2020 Swim Team Suit Order Form * Order deadline - Wed May 27th
Custom Swimsuits will be available to purchase for the 2020 summer Swim Team as they were not included in the cost of Tuition this year. You are not required to wear the Team suit.
Some suit sizes are available for purchase at BSA, for the unavailable sizes we will be placing a special order for additional suits.
If you wish to order, please complete this form by *** Wednesday May 27th *** to allow time for the custom order print and delivery.
Suit sizing can be done at BSA - 3311 Allen Rd, speak to front desk regarding accessing the swimsuits and change rooms.
