The Institute for Climate Economics (I4CE), the World Bank's Partnership for Market Readiness (PMR) and the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) are pleased to invite you to share your thoughts in this questionnaire as we prepare a joint study on the use of carbon revenues.

The report will provide policymakers –in developing countries and beyond– with practical guidance and insight into a range of issues related to the subject matter (such as revenue recycling options, proceed managements, and so on) based on best practices to-date and in-depth analyses.
