ALL ARE WELCOME! Keep up or start a yoga routine. This is great for stress relief, alignment, flexibility and strength. These classes can be done from the convenience of your home or private office. These classes are great for ALL levels and poses can be modified, as needed. We need a minimum of 6 participants, but the MORE the merrier. We are plugging into Lydia's current class schedule so you might see new faces on Zoom.
Who: Lydia Andersen
When: Tuesdays 2-3pm and/or Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm, Sept 29 to Nov. 19
Where: YOU choose the location. The Zoom links will be sent weekly on Mondays.
Equipment: It's most helpful if you have some basic yoga props (e.g. mat, block, strap). Lydia has some ideas for modifying the equipment, as well. For those located in Calmar, I've kept the equipment check out option.
Cost: $32 for the next 8 week session, which entitles you to attend both the Tuesday/Thursday classes if you chose or keep it at one week (E.g max would be 8 classes). We are no longer encouraged to send money via campus mail so here are the best options:
1.) pay in person with Laurie Dahl (Calmar) or Darci Werner (Peosta)
2.) call either Katrina Nicholls x1204 or Darci Werner x2202 and they can take your credit or debit card info over the phone.
*If neither of these options work, please reach out to me. Please plan on getting your payment in by Friday, Oct. 2, EOD.
