I understand that by selecting yes in response to this question, I agree on behalf of myself, my child, my heirs, my executors and administrators, to waive and release any rights and claims for damages I or my child may have against this race, and to hold Friends of Smyrna Library, Smyrna Library, and any individual associated with this event harmless for any harm I may suffer as a result of my or my child's participation in this event. I understand that I may be given written or verbal instructions about participation in this event and agree that I or my child will comply with all reasonable demands. I hereby grant full permission to use my name and likeliness, or the name and likeness of my child, as well as any photographs and any record of this event in which I may appear for any legitimate purpose, including advertising and promotion. I also understand my information submitted as part of this registration may be used for advertising purposes by Friends of Smyrna Library for the promotion of their other events.
