(Please put all days you are available to do clinicals and an administrator will be in contact with you to assign you to a preceptor. The administrator will also provide you with the days you have been assigned clinical time. Please be aware that some of your requested dates may not be available. It has been requested that students have a consistent preceptor. We will do our best to ensure that the preceptor you begin with is who you will stay with, barring any schedule changes on our side. )
