2.0 Fridays Hands-On Workshop Series: "Setting up low-cost phenotyping platforms"
Invited specialists will introduce the different applications and approaches in low-cost phenotyping platforms. The main focus is development of phenotyping setups and platforms (e.g., based on consumer-grade Raspberry pi computers), data management and analysis. Each workshop will include a short theoretical introduction followed by practical hands-on activities, where the instructors will guide the audience step by step to build platforms and through available and open-source data, tools, and codes. The information provided with this form will be used for sharing materials necessary for the workshop activities (e.g., schedule, requirements for the workshops), as well as to get statistics on the audience that can help us organize future events in Phenomics.
