Please complete this form if you wish to become a Friend of The Ridgeway.  We ask that you pay your membership fee using Internet Banking, and payment should be made to our Lloyds Bank account by using  SORT CODE: 30-99-50 and account number:  76483660.  Please include your name as a reference.

To help our administration process, please ensure that this form is submitted on the same date as the actual payment (no future-dated payments please).
