IP Student Winter-Spring Questionnaire 2026
We are gathering student availability as we begin planning classes and rehearsals. We must know of any conflicts, including arriving late, leaving early, or missing an entire rehearsal. If the entire rehearsal will be missed, please mark the date on the calendar below. The last question after the dates provides space where you can provide any additional information on conflicts that might help us with scheduling.

Please complete one questionnaire per student. This questionnaire should take no more than 10 minutes. You'll need your calendar to complete this questionnaire.
