I have shared this idea with the principal to determine if building funds are a more appropriate source of funding. (Application considered incomplete without this step.)
Reimbursement acknowledgement: if this Grant Application is approved (for full or partial funding), I understand that the funds will be granted to the Shoreline School District. I take full responsibility for providing the Syre office staff with an invoice or request for reimbursement, with all receipts attached, by April 1, 2019. Any unused grant funds will revert back to the Syre PTA general fund after June 3, 2019. PTA approval is required for an extension. I also understand that accepting this grant does not mean that any person, program, project, or item paid for with these funds is sponsored by or covered under PTA insurance. *

I plan on attending the PTA Grant Approval meeting on Wednesday October 23, 2019 to help answer any questions about my grant that may arise. *
