HNLR Fall 2020 Symposium - Registration

The Harvard Negotiation Law Review (HNLR), sponsored by Cleary Gottlieb, is pleased to announce its annual Symposium, to take place over three lunch talks from November 16th to November 20th on Zoom. The goal of the Symposium is to promote discussion about the challenges negotiators face as a consequence of COVID-19.

The Symposium explores how COVID-19 has affected negotiation in three spaces: 1) International peace negotiations, 2) Private sector dealmaking, and 3) Dialogue between protesters and government.

Moderator: Prof. Guhan Subramanian (HBS / HLS). *Co-sponsored by the Harvard Association for Law & Business

Panel 3: Protests in the Pandemic (Friday, November 20th, 12:00 to 1:00 p.m) -- Panelists: Karen Freeman-Wilson (Chicago Urban League), Adrian Perkins (Mayor of Shreveport, LA; US Senate candidate for LA), Rebecca Subar (Dragonfly Partners). Moderator: Sara Del Nido Budish (HNMCP).
