2026/2027 Miles for Melanoma 5k-Volunteer Sign Up
Our volunteers help to educate, build awareness and raise money for melanoma research, education and advocacy. As an MRF volunteer, you can make a difference in your local community.

Volunteers like you play an important role in event day set up and help make our Miles for Melanoma 5k program possible! Without you, we can't create a successful event. Volunteer roles will be assigned on event day. Tasks include:
  • Set-up/clean-up 
  • Participant check in 
  • Course Monitors 
  • Running our kids activities
  • MRF Information tent monitor 
As a volunteer, you will also receive our UPF50+ race shirt and the ability to participate in the 5k(we try our best to accommodate this depending on event needs and # of volunteers). Volunteers are needed from 6:00am/6:30am to 10:30am/11:00am, depending on the event!
