An accountability group is where
individuals get together, share their goals, and support one another. I anticipate each session lasting one hour, beginning with a goal setting session, then devoting the remaining time to accomplishing that goal, whether it is editing a resume, sending out a specific number of applications, or any other career-related goal. The session will close with setting a longterm goal for your next step, which you will be held accountable to complete by the next session.
We can also set up breakout rooms for people to ask questions and talk about whatever you need.
