Fly Fit Program Registration
The Fly Brave Foundation has collaborated with the Elk Grove Police Department, City of Elk Grove, Visions in Motion and AMPT Fitness to offer a free 8-week fitness program to kids, teens and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities, and their families.
This program buddies up police officers with individuals with different abilities to learn about one another and build community bonds.

Packet pick up will take place on Tuesday, March 10th, from 6-7:30 pm at the Elk Grove Police Department located at 8400 Laguna Palms Way, Elk Grove, CA 95758.
The last day to register to guarantee a shirt is March 1, 2020.
Fly Fit will be held on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings on the following dates.
Wednesday evenings: 6-7 pm
April 15, 22, 29; May 6, 13, 20, 27; June 3
Saturday mornings: 9:30-10:30 am
April 18, 25; May 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; June 6
Parents, caregivers and guardians must remain on-site with their child(ren) during the Fly Fit program and are welcome to join in the workouts.
Please ensure participants are dressed in appropriate work out clothing and footwear and bring a bottle of water for hydration.
