UA Phone Meeting Registration Form
As was voted by the 2013 UA World Service Conference, all current and future phone meetings must register in order to be listed, or remain listed, on the Official UA Website. Each phone meeting must demonstrate a rotation of leadership and service, to be upheld by the individual meeting’s group conscience.
