2024 JWC Saturday Dinner Registration
NOTE: We have hit the cap of 30, but YOU CAN STILL REGISTER to queue on the waiting list. If someone cancels and your name is on the top of our waiting list, you will have higher chance to move to the main list.


FILL IN THIS FORM BY OCT. 18th (FRI.) ONLY IF you'd like to join Saturday Dinner (Nov. 2nd, 19:00-21:00). Registration is unnecessary to attend the conference only. 

The dinner will be held at F-BICC, the same venue as the conference. The host will prepare fancy dinner set meals and all-you-can-drink. The host will do the best to accommodate those with dietary restriction, so if you have any, please detail it in the form. 

  • All attendees bear the cost. Two types of prices (including tax): 
    4,000 yen  per person (meals and soft drinks only)
    5000 yen per person (meals, soft drinks, alcoholic drinks). 

  • Maximum participants: 30 people.

  • Deadline: the form will be locked on Oct. 18th (18:00 JST).
