2019 Brewster Music Festival Booth Application
Complete the application below to submit your request for a booth space for the June 8, 2019 Brewster Music Festival to be held at Wells Park in Brewster, NY. The event is 12pm - 6pm. The Rain date is June 9th. Each 10x10 space is $75.

Completing this application, does NOT guarantee you a spot. All applications will be reviewed and you will be contacted for further details. You are responsible for providing your own Tent, Tables, Chairs, etc. We will only be providing you with a space. There is no electric service available for the spaces. Submission of this application does not mean your space has been accepted into the fair.
Approval notifications will be sent to each vendor via email as soon as all applications are reviewed.

By submitting your application you agree to the following:
> Submit payment with registration form by May 10, 2019
> You must provide your own tent, tables and chairs
> Setup begins at 10AM and must be completed by 11AM
> Remain at fair until end of fair at 6PM
>You are responsible for cleaning up your own area and disposing of garbage at your booth. A fee will be assigned if you do not dispose of your garbage in the dumpster.
> Fees are non-refundable upon acceptance into the fair and fees are non-transferable
