Information About Your DOG *
Please tell us a little about your dog - breed, age, etc.

Commitment *
Can you commit to spending an entire day of training with us twice a month? In all sorts of weather and terrain?

Generally our training is all day and occurs between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.  From January to October GSSD trains on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month while in November and December training days are on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays due to the holidays. *Some trainings only go until 2-3pm, others around 4pm, but you may not get home until later in the day so you should be prepared to include drive time in your planning.
Do you also understand that missions may occur 24/7/365 and that you are required to deploy to a certain percentage of missions per year to remain an active member? *
Would you be able to leave work to respond to a search mission? *
Have you discussed this with your employer? *
How did you hear about us? *
