1. You confirm you are aged 17 years or older on the date of submission.

2. You agree to your email address being used by Leigh RFC for the sole purpose of sharing club notices and events with you via our communications partner Mail Chimp, and where requested to set up your direct debit arrangement via our payments partner GoCardless.

3. You agree to be invited to join our WhatsApp groups so that we can keep you up to date on the latest club news and activities. We will use the mobile phone number that you have supplied in this form. You do not have to accept the invitations, and if you do join the groups you can leave at any time.

4. You understand Leigh RFC will not disclose your personal details with other club members or third parties without your permission.

5. FOR PLAYERS ONLY - You agree to your personal details being held on England RFU's Game Management System (GMS) where you will be required to validate your email. You will be associated with the Leigh RFC (Kent) club profile.

6. You agree to represent Leigh RFC on and off the pitch in a manner that will not cause offence and/or malicious injury to any member of the club, our opponents, or the public in line with the club’s constitution.

7. You understand rugby is a contact sport and you will not hold Leigh RFC, its members or servants liable in the event of any accident or injury you may incur.

8. You understand should you receive tickets through Leigh RFC’s program for England’s Internationals (e.g. Autumn, Six Nations etc), you agree to pay Leigh RFC the ticket value in full upon receipt and you agree not to resell for personal profitable gain or other benefit in return.
