A. Sex Offenders
The Illinois State Police provides an online listing of Sex Offenders required to register in the State of Illinois. The database is updated daily and allows searching by name, city, county, zip code, compliance status, or any combination thereof.
How long must an offender remain registered as a Sex Offender and how often are they required to register?
- A Sex Offender must register in person annually for a period of ten (10) years. The ten (10) year registration period will start for those offenders sentenced to probation upon conviction. Those offenders sentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections, another state’s department of corrections, or federal corrections must register for ten years from final parole, discharge, or release.
- An offender must register in person once a year. The offender must re-register within one (1) year of the date of their last registration and every year thereafter.
- Those offenders adjudicated as Sexually Dangerous or Sexually Violent, must register every ninety (90) days for natural life.
- Upon Completion of an offender’s ten (10) year registration period, their information will no longer appear on the website.
B. Sexual Predators
Sexual Predators are required to register annually for their natural life.

- It is unlawful for a child offender to be present in any school building or property, or loiter within 500 feet of school property without the permission of the superintendent or school board, or in the case of a private school, the principal. Title

JFLOCI Media Pass Guidelines
One individual per team may be on the sidelines, inside the ropes, and out of the coaching box for the sole purpose of taking still photographs of the game: a photographer. This photographer shall not be charting plays or keeping statistics and may not use electronic devices that may transmit or record video or audio, including cell phones, radios, or tablets. This photographer MUST BE BADGED in accordance with JFLOCI Media Pass requirements and may NOT communicate with players, officials, spectators, or coaches while taking photographs during the game. Should this individual become a detriment to the game or violate these stipulations, they shall be restricted to their coaching box or outside the ropes for the remainder of the game. Repeat offenders shall be subject to discipline per the Infractions Committee.
I understand the JFLOCI Media Pass Guidelines and will abide by them. My failure to uphold the JFLOCI rules may result in the revocation and/or suspension of my pass at any time and for any reason deemed necessary by JFLOCI.
