Wildlife Film and Photography Training Workshop Registration, Partnership, Participation and Sponsorship Letter and Form
Wildlife of Africa Conservation Initiative (WACI) is a non-profit organization with a vision to inspire a growing generation, knowledgeable and motivated to take positive actions on behalf of the wildlife -plants and animals that share our environment with us. This we hope to achieve through partnerships with individuals, Educational institutions, Conservation centers, Research Institutions, NGOs, the private sector and cultural organizations; nationally, regionally, and internationally. Our methodology includes using Live Events, teaching aids, videos, posters, web-based information, Mobile applications and online interactive activities making use of all existing and future communication technologies.

WACI in conjunction with the Wildlife Conservation Film Festival Inc (WCFF). brings a 10-day workshop from 28th of December 2018 – 10th of January 2019 to teach Wildlife filmmaking techniques in Nigeria. The training will include practical sessions, free film screening to members of the Nigerian Public, Government officials and students and visitation to one or two National Park within the period of workshop and after.

An estimated budget for the training has been drawn with the help of WCFF. The budget is technically at no cost to WCFF and consists of the following to ensure a successful, beneficial, impactful and lifetime training:
1) Coordination and administrative costs: this makes up cost of meeting with local partners, communication, transport and a 1-day stakeholders meeting;
2) Transport: cost of international flight, business class from New York and coach class from Los Angeles, visa cost for facilitators, and local ground transportation from Airport to the hotel, from hotel to training venue, from hotel to practical sessions sites and movie screening venues and visitation to National Parks.
3) Training: Training Workshop and Movie Screening venue rent in Lagos,
4) Feeding: (Breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 Wildlife Conservation film festival staff).
5) Accommodation facilities: hotel accommodation for 3staffs;
6) Practical sessions and excursions: cost for facilitators and participants.
Wildlife Africa seeks partnerships, sponsors and donations from your organization to make this happen in Nigeria as we are non-profit organization and solely relies on supports, donations, sponsors and any assistance we can get to implement our projects and programs.
