2 week notice on scheduling all Community Cleanup Requests.
Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful provides a unique experience for groups to make a local impact in our community.
We are encouraging individuals, families and small groups to participate in self-led, DIY cleanups while abiding by the social distancing guidelines set out by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and mandates set out by local government. As you go out for a walk, around the block or down the street, take a bag and remove litter you find by your feet. Remember, safety is our number one priority! Please wear gloves and place trash in garbage bags to dispose of it.
Our no-contact supply pickup is Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at our office, located at 730 W Emma St., Tampa, FL 33603. We also have an after -hours shed pickup outside our gate, just request the after hours pickup and we'll place your supplies there.
After you complete this form, you will receive an automatic confirmation with your details for your records. This email will also provide location suggestions if needed.
When you pick up supplies, we will provide you with a copy of the
Project Report Form and Liability Waiver that are required to be returned within 2 business days of event (1 form for the entire group) – City/County Requirement. If you are not picking up supplies, please email Projects@KeepTBB.org for these forms.
KTBB will coordinate your cleanup request with the City or County to acquire approvals, if needed.
Community Cleanup Steps:
Before your cleanup:

Group to complete online request form

KTBB to confirm approval for site, if applicable
•
Complete online Safety Training (leader of your group)
•
Pickup supplies from KTBB (appointment only Tuesday - Thursday between 10:00am and 2pm) –
During your cleanup:
•
Host your cleanup/event.
•
Review safety instruction with your group
•
All volunteers must sign the liability waiver (check-in)
•
Trash removal - Please place all trash collected in the dumpsters on-site. Or, Please place all trash collected
at an intersection and send all info to
projects@keeptbb.org for quick removal. (pictures are helpful!).
After your cleanup:
