Yearbook Interest Form 2024-2025 School Year
To be enrolled in Yearbook next year, you, the student, must complete this application. Make sure you can sit down and take your time answering the questions. Mr. Levy is looking for thoughtful, thorough answers that show you're ready for the responsibility of a challenging and difficult class.

There are a LOT of students who want to take yearbook and we can't take everyone. If you do not make it into the class, it is not a reflection of you as a person. EVERYONE who completes an application will be considered for the class.

Requirements for all applicants:
1. works well with others
2. reliable and trustworthy
3. stays on task
4. willingness to help others
5. will ask for help if needed
6. MUST be passing all classes and have no discipline issues
7. YOU WILL NOT JUST TAKE PICTURES. YEARBOOK IS A LOT OF HARD WORK WITH STRICT DEADLINES.

As a yearbook staff member, you will:
1. work as a team to complete sections of the yearbook
2. be responsible and meet due dates and deadlines
3. be willing to take pictures of events during school, after school, and/or on weekends
4. meet with and/or host interviews with teachers/staff, students, and/or administrators to get information for a spread
