Please fill out this form if you would like to sign up for the 2024/2025 Wrap Around program for next school year. In order to be approved for the program: YOU HAVE TO BE REGISTERED FOR 4YK. If you submit this form and have not registered for 4YK, you will not be approved until you register your child. Please follow the link below if you have not registered yet.
We will be accepting applications in order of which they come in. First come first serve. I will send you an email (to the first email you enter) letting you know if you have been approved into the program.. Once you are approved I will send you a link to sign up for brightwheel and you will be able to pay your $25 dollar registration fee and this will lock in your registration for next year's wrap around program.
