Room Parent Interest Form 
Please fill out this form if you are interested in being a co-room parent for your student's classroom. 

Forms must be submitted by September 15th of the new school year. 

The Room Parent role is a volunteer position. Classrooms have co-room parents who work together to help the teacher and PTA engage with the classroom families. Room Parents must be certified as a VIPS through LBUSD and members of the PTA Association by October of the school year. 

Once all nominations are collected the PTA Board and Teacher will vote to select the best fit for the year.
