1. Description of outcomes of philanthropic impact and achievements accomplished.2. Evidence of philanthropic support and innovative approaches to solving problems.3. For Outstanding Fundraising Professional, Philanthropist, Volunteer Fundraiser, and Lifetime Achievement Categories only, also include: Evidence of encouragement and motivation given to others to take leadership roles toward philanthropy and community involvement.
Please expect an update about the status of your nomination in early August.
Awardees will be honored at the Indiana Philanthropy Awards Dinner on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at the Indiana Roof Ballroom. Honorees are required to attend the event, and nominators are strongly encouraged to also attend. The awards committee will communicate directly with honorees in preparation for the dinner.
