Fire Lotus Fitness: Strong Mums semi-private training application
Hello! And thank you for your interest in training with me!

This form contains a few start up questions so I can get to know you a little bit. I'd like to see whether we'd be a good team and how I can help you.

I help women with young children get strong, build confidence and feel like their best baddest selves by supporting them in training that fits around their busy schedules.

This is a semi-private training group, which means you get all the benefits of an online personal trainer (personalised programming, detailed instruction, working for your personalised goals) with the fun and accountability of training in a small group.

I carry out a thorough movement screen and consultation for each individual, then I use my skills as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition coach and postnatal trainer to put together the best programme for you.

The group will train together once a week for an hour, and each individual will also have 2 at-home workouts, delivered via an app, to support her progress.

I'm a mum to 2 boys, and I know how easy it is to put yourself on the back burner. But I'm also a competitive powerlifter and I know how empowering it can be to challenge you body, and claim a little slice of time for you, to feel good in your skin.
