How it works:
1. Fill out the registration form with all of your requested days/weeks and submit.
2. We will review your request form(s) and assign adventurers to specific days/weeks. Note:
- Adventurer slots are assigned based on availability
- If your dates are not immediately available, you will automatically be added to the waitlist and notified as soon as there is an opening.
- If needed, we will contact you via email or phone for clarification.
3. Once dates are assigned, we will send you an invoice via QuickBooks.
4. You are required to pay the invoice in full within 3 days to secure your dates.
- Your Adventurer's dates are NOT confirmed until we have received payment in full.
5. After we receive payment, we will send a confirmation with all of the program details and a "What to Expect & What to Bring" list.
