-Art Project placement requests for dedicated space for Art Projects placed at the SOAK*2019 event. This form NOT include any form of camp or theme placement nor any camping space or guarantee.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:Camping in a car, truck, or van that has NOT been PERMANENTLY MODIFIED to be a camping vehicle is PROHIBITED by Wasco County, the county in which our event occurs. Permanently modified custom vehicles will be considered on an individual basis, and will require purchase of an RV/Trailer Pass during ticket sales.If you are not sure if yours is an authorized camping vehicle, email firstname.lastname@example.org
ONLY registered theme camp/ art support vehicles, RVs (with purchased RV/Trailer Pass), Mutant Vehicles, and Accessibility Vehicles will be permitted to enter the event. All RVs are required to enter the event during daylight hours only and are welcome to park in the overflow lot if arriving after dark and until Gate closes for the night.
RVs, camper trailers, or truck-mounted campers without an RV/Trailer Pass will be turned away at the Gate.
