We're so PUMPED to get the Myriad Mug Club up and running! Mug Club is open to just 100 members per year. Please use this form to join. 

Annual membership fees must be paid at the time this form is submitted. 

Below are the perks of becoming a Myriad Mug Club member:
  1. 20oz. Mug club mug with YOUR mug number on it
  2. 20oz draft beer pours for the price of a 16oz (every visit)
  3. Myriad Mug Club t-shirt
  4. 10% discount on all merch
  5. Invites to exclusive mug club events (4x per year)
  6. Access to new beers before general public 
Initial cost is $175 to help us account for mugs and tees. Memberships renew in June 2027 for $125/year, and that price won't change.
