NOW CLOSED: Nominations for the 2024 Power Gala Superlative Awards


The CRE industry has seen an extensive transformation over the last year, with shake-ups at the leadership level, unprecedented competition for capital and tenants, new markets competing with established ones, a boom in adaptive reuse, and more. 

In a market that requires more creativity than ever to close new deals, real estate’s power players are reinventing themselves alongside an industry that has been forced to do the same. 

Help us celebrate real estate's power players by nominating your team for a Superlative Award:

IMPACT Award: Awarded to a firm that has demonstrated a commitment to improving communities served by the real estate industry, with a focus on ESG, DEI, sustainability and innovation.

Deals of the Year: Awarded to teams that have proven to be especially savvy and adept in flexing their dealmaking skills. Teams may submit to one or multiple of the three Deal of the Year categories:

    • Investment of the Year

    • Finance Deal of the Year

    • Lease of the Year

Deals qualify if they were completed in the last 12 months. 

Innovator of the Year: Awarded to a team that has created or is leveraging cutting-edge business models and strategies to support real estate growth.

CRITERIA & METHODOLOGY
Any commercial real estate professional can nominate themselves or a peer to be considered. All complete and valid nominations which are received by the deadline of 5PM Friday, May 24, 2024 will be submitted for review by Commercial Observer's editorial and executive team. After review, the editors will select honorees in each category to be recognized at an award ceremony at the 2024 Power Gala on September 26, 2024. Due to the volume of nominations, only those selected as honorees will be contacted.
