International ZEROCO2 conference , March 21st-22nd, 2018 in Conference congress centre in the Dominican monastery, Ptuj (Slovenia)
The conference will be an opportunity to bring together organisations from the public and private sector across the EU advocating the creation of near zero emission buildings with the transition to low-carbon economy. The conference will be a fantastic opportunity for a dialogue with other likeminded organisations who face similar challenges with reduction of CO2 emissions in the built environment.

Here are a few planned topics of the Conference
1st day:
- Creation of near zero CO2 emission buildings - case study
- Where is EU going in the energy field, what are the set targets
- How are the policy makers implementing the EU directive (policy makers from different EU countries)
- What are the market needs
2nd day:
- Municipality of Guessing – good example of Municipality becoming self-sufficient and reaching zero emissions
- Action plans - implementation of ZEROCO2 buildings
- Good practice examples across the EU
- Moderated discussion
