三光國中教職員行動裝置MAC登記表
請將你使用的筆電、平板或手機的Wifi 網路卡位址(MAC)，填寫在下列【MAC位址】欄位，並填寫【裝置說明】欄以利辨識行動裝置的主人是誰。( 每個裝置填一次，不限件數，有可能會使用到就全都登錄)

※ 登錄後，需待資訊組再上傳到教育局資網中心後，即可連線使用。登記後請通知資訊組處理，因為新增設備頻率不高，不會常常看表單。
