Studio Rental Questionnaire

We're hoping to find a tenant that will fit well into the existing culture. We do retain the right to make that decision and guarantee you that we will not decline any tenants based on race or gender. We do, however, retain the right to decline tenants based on professionalism, chemistry, attitude...all the things that make people get along together well.

Basement Access Hours are 24/7 via a key to back door on Laconia Street. Studio tenants are not allowed access to upstairs in off-hours unless you have special permission from Engine.

Noise/Music: Will you be doing anything that creates loud intermittent or prolonged noise like hammering or sawing? We have a neighborly noise policy...everyone gets along. If you like to listen to music loud in your studio, it's probably not a good fit. Reasonable volume ok. Phone calls can be heard through walls. Just describe for us. *

Open studios: Are you willing to occasionally participate in open studio events? *
Would you please show us some work? Websites are fine. We're interested in supporting artists or designers who have a contemporary fine art or design practice and have a serious interest in the pursuit of their careers as artists or designers. We're also interested in incubating arts-related entrepreneurs who need a space to get started with their business idea. *
