The purpose of this survey is to collect first- and secondhand accounts of unexplained and/or paranormal phenomena associated with theatres and theatre-related structures. This survey is intended to support my doctoral research examining the relationship between theatres as sites of trauma and theatres as foci of hauntings. You are welcome to submit personal experiences as well as stories you have heard from others.

By agreeing to participate in this survey, you confirm that the survey is voluntary; that there is no financial compensation for your participation; and that I have your permission to publish direct quotations from any data gathered. You will have the opportunity to remain anonymous, or may choose to be identified by name and/or position. You will also have the opportunity to provide contact information if you wish to speak further.
