As a reminder, the breakout sessions are designed to foster robust and directed discussions, resulting in potential solutions, recommendations, or strategies for impacting change. While you will need to do a brief presentation at the beginning of the session to frame your particular approach to effecting change, the majority of the time should be spent as an open, but directed, discussion.
There are 3 content areas for each of the 3 tracks (policy, practice, and research) for this year’s sessions: Leadership & Learning, Teaching & Leading for Equity, and Professional Development.
