This programming will take place between 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 25th. During this block of time students will be split into small groups and be required to attend a mandatory programming session at one of the following times: 2:45, 3:30, 4:15, 5:00. The optional wellness-themed events will occur concurrently. When students are not at their one mandatory session time, they will be highly encouraged to attend these events. You can choose to program for only a portion of the time between 1:00 - 5:00 or offer programming that lasts for the entire block of time. Priority will be given to events that cover the entire block of time.
All wellness events should focus on wellness and well-being, which according to NDSU are defined as:
--Well-being is the ongoing development of an individuals’ physical, social, and mental health within a supportive environment.
--Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence.
