Zagreb Crowdfunding Convention is the only annual event dedicated to crowdfunding in Croatia. Within this year's program, we are putting a special focus on identifying practices that will contribute to development of startup and SME support system in the use of crowdfunding. Along with lectures and panels of the event, we are running a specialised workshop for market stakeholders from Croatia and the region.
You should attend this workshop if you:- are actively working on development of support models for startups and SMEs- want to apply crowdfunding in the models of support for startups and SMEs- are interested in innovative models and practice examples in the field of crowdfunding
The workshop will be facilitated by Michal Gromek, researcher on crowdfunding and fintech at Stockholm School of Economics, specialised in equity crowdfunding.
The workshop is limited to up to 30 participants. We strongly encourage participation of representatives of regional SME and startup support organisations, government and institutions’ representatives and all those interested in identifying practices for supporting SMEs and startups in the field of alternative finance.
The workshop will take place prior to the official Zagreb Crowdfunding Convention program on Oct 11th, from 9:00 to 10:30, at Oris (Kralja Držislava 3). Participation in the workshop is free of charge. Participation in the workshop secures also your seat at the Zagreb Crowdfunding Convention (you might be contacted prior to the event to confirm it).
