You may not book a room for personal use that is not related to any HHGS activity.

Special rules to book the Student Union Rooms
1. A room may be booked for a maximum of four hours at the time. However, some circumstances will allow longer bookings.

2. The Student Union is always open weekdays during working hours, and we need to lock the conference rooms after your meeting. If your booking is set to end late in the evening, a board member of the Student Union has the right to interrupt and end the meeting if he/she needs to leave.

3. Again, the purpose of booking the room must be HHGS related activity such as meetings.

4. Always leave the room nice and clean.
