(2) 獎狀及獎牌 Certificate of Merit & a Prize Medal【HK$ 230 / US$ 40 (包括 – 行政費 ; 頒獎典禮費4-6人入場 / 郵寄費 include admin., packing and postage fee, Award Presentation Ceremony entrance fee for 4-6 persons)】
(3) 取回作品 Artwork Return
i. 遞交作品時申請為 At the time of artwork submission for competition【HK$ 200 / US$ 40 (包括行政費及郵寄費 include admin., packing and postage fee)】;
ii. 公佈結果後補申請為 After result announcement【HK$ 250 / US$ 40 (包括行政費及郵寄費 include admin., packing and postage fee)】
(4) 水晶紀念座 / 紀念水杯 Memorial Crystal Stand / Memorial Cup【待定 To be advised】
** 如因郵遞失誤而遺失文件 ICEHK 恕不負責。所有申請項目，請於頒獎典禮結束後兩個月內領取；如逾期未領取者，即視作放棄論，本會恕不負責。
ICEHK will not be responsible for any document lapses from the delivery failure caused by post.All applied items should be collected within two months after the Prize Presentation Ceremony. If the applicant fails to collect the applied items, it will be deemed as a waiver. **
