Use this form to request to see your counselor with a question about your schedule.  Do not come to the counseling office until you are called in by your counselor.  Counselors will not be changing schedules because you would like a different teacher, or a different period of the same class.

A hole in your schedule, missing a required class for graduation, already took a class that is on your schedule, etc.
