MAIN Participant Protection Reporting Form
MAIN partners with local show hosts and adjudicators to provide a venue for young people to achieve the extraordinary through performance and competition. MAIN values every participant, staff, volunteer and fan as a unique individual with inherent dignity regardless of race, gender, creed, sexual orientation, origin or cultural background. MAIN also is committed to fostering positive and safe learning, performing, and working environments for all.

It is important for all members of our community to know how to address concerns that may be contrary to this commitment. MAIN has set expectations for the conduct and compliance for everyone associated with any MAIN-sanctioned event. As a WGI Circuit Partner, we follow many of the same policies as WGI. You can view the Participant Protection Reporting Policy here: https://wgi.org/participant-protection-reporting-policy/

Concerns of noncompliance should first be brought to the leadership of the organization involved, who are expected to investigate the concerns promptly and address them. Allegations of misconduct or noncompliance with MAIN policy can also be reported directly to MAIN. This includes ethics concerns, as well as alleged violations of MAIN’s values, code of conduct, and policies prohibiting discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and retaliation. In addition, MAIN is available to help an individual connect with the right person of the organization involved to ensure the concern is considered and promptly addressed.

To report an ethics concern or alleged noncompliance please fill out the form below. For reports submitted with a means of contact, a representative from MAIN will respond within five (5) business days.

This message will go to the current Members of the Executive Board (Lauren Moffatt Burns, Peter Shaver, Lauren Penglase, Tyler Shives, and Ken Brown).

As our organization collaborates with USBands/BDPA, as part of the investigation we may share some of the information from your complaint with their ethics committee.

Entering your name and personal contact information is not required but it will allow us to follow up with your claim and provide the best opportunity for our investigation and resolution.
