Participants from LACOL institutions are asked to communicate your interest in participating in this event with your local LACOL liaison or administrator.

Each participant's home institution is expected to cover the cost of related travel and hotel accommodations (if needed.) There is no registration fee for the meeting. Meals during the event will be provided by the host campus.

Arrival and Departure
The workshop begins at 1pm on Wednesday, June 24 with a talk and hands-on workshop from Prof. James Lang. Attendance at the Wednesday workshop is optional, but highly recommended. The workshop plenaries and breakouts run Thursday, June 24 and Friday, June 26.

The workshop will adjourn at approximately 4PM on Friday, June 26.

Overnight Accommodations
Dodd House: On-campus housing (dormitory style) is available to workshop participants (and their guests) in the Dodd House Residence Hall on Williams College campus. Most of the rooms in the Dodd dorm have attached/private bathrooms. The fee for a single or a double room is $55 per night. If you select this option, a housing registration and credit card payment form will be sent to you separately.
