West ISD PD Citizen Complaint Form
The purpose of this form is to file a complaint against a member of the West ISD Police Department for perceived misconduct, rule violations, and criminal activity. All complaints received will be investigated and, if misconduct is determined to have occurred, disciplinary action may be brought against the violating officer. If filing a complaint, it is imperative that our investigator is able to contact you in the event additional information is needed. Therefore, please be as detailed as possible.
