Supply Fees for Presentations Guidelines: *
The Fall Conference is one of GAEA’s membership drives. We are an all-volunteer organization committed to quality art education for every child in Georgia. Please know that GAEA does not pay for workshop presentations. If you are considering charging participants a fee, they are expecting to receive a complete product and a quality product. Let participants know in the workshop description what they will receive for their money. Reimbursement for your workshop supplies requires receipts. You will be reimbursed for the lesser amount – your receipts or paid participant supply fees. Example: You have $100 in receipts, but only $80 in paid participant supply fees. You will be reimbursed $80. Or you have $50 in receipts, but $80 in paid participant fees. You will be reimbursed $50. If you do not submit your receipts by April 19, 2019; we assume that the paid participant fees are a donation to GAEA, and thank you!
Required
Presenter Certification: *

All presenters canceling their workshop less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event will forfeit their registration. I certify that I am an active member of GAEA/NAEA and that I understand the above information.
