RSVP for Sustainability Inter-Organizational Retreat 2017
Thank you for your interest in the 2017 Sustainability Inter-Organizational Retreat, which will be from Friday, January 13th to Sunday, January 15th.

SPACES FOR SATURDAY OVERNIGHT STAY AT CAMP CAMPBELL ARE FULL. You can sign up for the wait list below. Spaces are first come, first serve.

Note: There are still spaces to participate Friday night.

This year's Inter-Org Retreat will be on-campus Friday night and then at Camp Campbell from Saturday morning until Sunday afternoon. Food will be provided for free throughout the retreat and housing will be provided at Camp Campbell. There is no cost to attend Inter-Org Retreat, although RSVP is required. You are encouraged to RSVP as soon as you know you can attend.

NOTE: This year, due to the first weekend of winter quarter occurring one week later than usual, we are sharing the Camp Campbell site with another large group. As a result, there are somewhat limited spaces for the overnight portion of the weekend. Spaces are first come, first serve, and we unfortunately have to cap our overnight stay total around ~100 people. This may mean that some folks (likely 10-15) will carpool back to Santa Cruz on Saturday night and return together Sunday morning. We hope this will not be the case, and we will do our best to make sure everyone--especially folks from organizations that are new to the retreat--are able to spend the night. Please be considerate of the students and staff dedicated to the planning process by signing up only if you plan to attend. Large numbers of cancellations prevent us from accurately estimating the needs of our guests. If you believe you might cancel, please let us know immediately.
