Registration Packet 2019-20

Please complete this Online Registration Packet.  Please note that Parent Portal Registration will not be open for enrollment for returning students.  ALL returning students grades 1-12 will need to complete the online enrollment packet linked below.

Once you have completed this form, you will receive an email with the forms attached.  If you do not use a valid email, you will not receive the forms you need to complete the registration process.

After printing, please bring the printed documents along with the required items listed on the final page of this form (also located on the enrollment page of the website) to the designated registration time and place for your child’s campus; these times/dates are listed at  You can find registration dates and times for all campuses by going to the district calendar located at the bottom of the homepage. Be sure to click the right arrow next to Announcements to see all the dates/times.

If you do not receive an email after clicking Submit, do not complete a new form.  If you have seen the message below, the packet is complete; you can ask for it to be printed at the school when you go for registration.
