What time and day will the event be held?  Include date and time. Please note this won't be confirmed until we receive the form and check our calendar for other reservations, but we will try our best to accommodate you!

Important notes:
- The painting part of the event is 2 hours long, plus we need 1 hour for setup before event start time, and 30 min to 1 hour for cleanup after the event end time - total block of time needed is about 4 hours. 

- If your space is open to the public or will have people at near the event space area 1 hour before the event start time, please let people know that the tables and chairs (or the space/area) needs to remain clear so we can setup in a timely and efficient manner. 
Tables & Chairs *
We offer 2 large tables and 15 chairs complimentary for this service in case you need it. If you need more tables and chairs than this, see the "add-on" section below. 
Required
Table Coverings *
If you are providing the tables and chairs, part of our service includes covering the tables to keep the theme uniform and also to protect from paint. For this reason, please let us know below how many people fit per table (with enough elbow room to paint), the length of the tables, and if they are rectangular or circular.

Painting Options *
You can pick 1 to 2 paintings for your event. Instruction method changes depending on if it's 1 or more paintings as follows:

If you pick 1 painting - everyone in the group will do the same painting. The artist will paint live in front of the group and show step by step how to complete the painting. As well as provide 1 on 1 guidance as needed. 

If you pick more than 1 painting - the artist will go around giving each person 1 on 1 guidance step by step only, versus doing a live painting in front of the group. This option normally helps increase attendance rates as people have more options to choose from. 

Note - all canvases are pre-traced prior to the event regardless of instruction method. Guests have thoroughly enjoyed both instruction methods in the past. 

Picking your paintings:
(1) you can search online and email us examples (we cannot use the ones from online due to copyright, but we can get an idea of what you're looking for and create our own custom versions) 
(2) you can leave comments at end of this form regarding themes or ideas, and we can email you some examples to choose from 

Alcohol Agreement *
Alcohol is allowed if your establishment permits it, but as the host, you are 100% responsible for your guests and ensuring they adhere to any policies or restrictions that your license or the law requires. Clink Paint and staff is not to be held responsible for any violation of alcohol laws, policies, or restrictions - as we do not provide or serve alcohol as part of our service. We will not be checking ID's or letting people know of any violations. However, we can list on our event page that alcohol is 21+, or if no alcohol is allowed, etc, just let us know in the comment section at end of this form. 
Payment Options *
Pay In Full - will you be paying for the event in full, or passing the per person fee to your guests? If you are paying in full, we will send you an invoice for it via the email you provided above.

Pass The Fee - If you pass the fee onto your guests, we will create a private registration page and send you a link that you can share with your guests that allows them to pay for their spot at the event. 
Event Delay Agreement

Due to the fact that we may have more than one event lined up for the day, and/or your guests might have other plans to adhere to after this event - we do recommend starting the event on time and at most will provide a 15 minute grace period for the start and end time if need-be. We know sometimes things happen, so let us know in advance if the start or end time will require a change beyond the 15 minute grace period, and we will do all we can to try and accommodate that by confirming this to you. Unconfirmed delays that may cause us to stay longer (beyond the cleaning period) could result in a $30 charge per half hour we stay over the agreed time.

Late fees are very rarely used - we just want to ensure we are on the same page. However, we try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible - we know things happen - we just ask for a heads up as early as possible to try to plan around the change. Thanks for understanding!

We've partnered with professional fruit grazing table vendors, charcuterie board creators, and event decorators to make your event extra easy to set up. If you'd like any of these options, we can email you pricing quote/details for your event and also act as liaison between vendor and event to make things super easy.
