DeepLEAD is a three-part series that focuses on the Person of a leader (DeepLEAD 1, the Growth Series), the People led (DeepLEAD 2, the Success Series) and finally the Purpose of leadership (DeepLEAD 3, the Significance Series). Each of the series is composed of eight (8) modules.
DeepLEAD 2 modules include: People Before Purpose; The Power & Principles of TEAMS; Emotional Intelligence II (the led); Discovering, Developing and Deploying a Crack Team; Dealing with Difficult Discussions; Influencing to the Max; Leading versus Managing and Global Intelligence & Intercultural Leadership.

The sessions will be delivered In-Person on Saturdays: 1st and 8th November 2025 . Sessions will begin at 9:00 AM and end by 4:00PM UTC. The location is Perbi Cubs Office, Westland -Accra.
