Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to announce that registration is now open for the ACE Out of School Time Program for the 2024-2025 school year! Our program offers a variety of activities, fun experiences designed to help your student thrive:
- Targeted academic support that uses high-quality instructional materials (HQIM), high-impact tutoring (HIT), and school-day aligned academic activities.
- Student interest based enrichment that reinforces academic and nonacademic skills while allowing students to explore their passions.
- College and career readiness that provides real world learning experiences and opportunities to practice 21st century learning skills such as collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creativity.
- Family engagement that empower adult family members and connect them to the school community
- Meals and snacks
Grades Served: Kindergarten through 12th, Pre-K spots are limited
Program Start Date: Wednesday, August 7th, 2024 (students who receive acceptance letter)
Program Dates 2024-2025- Fall: August 7, 2024 - December 13, 2024
- Spring: January 7, 2024 - May 16, 2025
- Summer: May 29, 2024 - June 27, 2025
Attendance Expectation: Students must attend program regularly (early dismissals after 5:00pm limited). Parent must communicate with Site Coordinator and campus teacher when there are changes to dismissal.

- After you have registered, you will receive an acceptance letter from the campus Site Coordinator, notifying you that your student has been accepted into the program.
