Decision emails will be sent out on Wednesday October 2.

The in-person poster session will take place on Wednesday October 23 and a poster "pop" session will happen on Thursday October 24 (so that virtual attendees can also see your poster). We welcome any research aligned with the HWO science objectives (see science and technology working groups for details).

If you are selected to give a poster, you will also be invited to attend the meeting in person. There are funds for supporting travel of poster presenters as well. Please note: the funding is for U.S. individuals (citizens or green card holders) at U.S. institutions only. We encourage international individuals to work through their space agencies.

Note: Due to the limited number of poster spots, we will prioritize early career folks (undergrads, post-bacs, graduate students, postdocs, and folks within 10 years of receiving their PhD) who have not been to a HWO meeting before and do our best to evenly represent the various working groups. Additional invitees will be selected randomly if our capacity is exceeded.
